Smoking:

In cigarette, there are thousands of toxins that affect the system by impairing the functioning and damaging the linings of mouth and nose. Lack of sleep:

Sleep is the perfect time for your body to get recharge and restore its functioning. If you are not getting a good night sleep it affects your body functionality. Limiting the sleeping hours on constant basis weakens the immune system and increases the chances of chronic health issues such as obesity, diabetes, heart diseases, hypertension, and stroke. Many studies revealed that 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep helps the body to fight with harmful germs and bacteria keeping immune power on track.

Alcohol:

Excessive alcohol consumption damages your immune system as it badly affects your body antibody cells. Antibodies are the cells that fight with virus-infected cells. So, people who addicted to alcohol are more prone to serious infections and diseases such as tuberculosis. Drinkers should limit intake of alcohol to strengthen the immune system.

Stress:

Being stress for too long time can lead to serious health conditions by weakening your immune power. High stress and work pressure creates a hormonal imbalance in your body and impairs immune function. This leads to chronic health conditions. Water plays a major role in the overall functioning of the body, including the immune system. Overweight:

Being too over weighed or obese can weaken your immune system as there is a link between them. It also increases the risk of infections and flu due to the weaker immune system. So, it is important to eat healthy food to reduce the risk of health complications.
